A Change in the Maryland Law Makes this all Possible

In April 2006 the State of Maryland changed the law to allow domestic wineries that manufacture less than 27,500 gallons (about 11,000 cases) to obtain a Non-Resident Winery Permit. This permit allows these wineries to ship direct to Restaurants, Wine Shops, Liquor Stores, etc. without going through a distributor. RSVP Wines serves as the local sales and support for a number of these wineries.
